I hold regular retreats over a weekend, usually in a rural location where there is an abundance of natural wildlife. A place where we can reconnect with ourselves and nature. The first day of the weekend focuses on the self awareness workshop which involves exploring self awareness

 

The second day has a few prepared sessions but the main focus is where I spend one on one time with each of the participants, identifying your aims and focus areas as well as devising an action plan tailor made especially for you.

6 Essential needs To Create Wholeness Within Your Life. Learn to identify what your drivers are and what brings fulfillment in your life. If you implement these 6 needs in your life, I can guarantee that you will experience new levels of fulfillment.
 
Understanding living in the "Now" - Yesterday and tomorrow are merely thought forms. The essence of life is derived from living in the now - or the present. Learn essential techniques to make the most of your "Now"
 
Identify which of the 3 realities you are living in. There is only one that is right for you - experience new levels of peace and harmony within your life when you identify what is right for you!
 
How your thinking creates your present or desired reality....Your thoughts are one of the few things you actually have control over - make sure you are aware of what your thoughts are creating in your world and your relationships
 
There will also be a walk on the Sunday morning as well as lots of time to reflect and take time out!
